At heart of our organization is the Support Services Team providing administration and logistics support, instructional design, marketing as well as day to day customer service.
If you have experienced one of our courses, needed assistance completing it, received a Host Package when a hosting one or an email detailing future course availability, it’s highly likely a member of this group was instrumental in assisting you!
Our Customer Service Representatives are your first point of contact for all general inquiries and if they don’t have the answer to hand, they will know a colleague who does.
