Our Continuing Education Subscription provides unlimited access to courses on a suite of subjects in a format designed to keep telecommunicators up to date on topical content. Courses are regularly changed giving students access to 12 – 18 hours of continuing education credits year after year.
With twelve courses always available, these courses keep students current on the most important issues in 911 call handling. Each subscription class takes from thirty to ninety minutes to complete and comes fully developed with professionally narrated and animated slides.
Six new courses are added and six are removed on January 1st and July 1st of each year ensuring current content. This July’s additions complement current offerings on pressing public safety issues like lone wolf attacks, civil unrest, and the opioid epidemic.
Here’s what students are saying about our current subscription courses:
- “I really liked how engaging the course was.”
- “I like online learning. I can pick what classes I want to do, in what order, and can do them as I have time.”
- “As a 911 dispatcher I found the information about carfentanil important. This I did not know. Good information that will be passed on to co-workers.”
Ongoing training is important to keep call handlers’ skills sharp. Our Continuing Education Subscription training is an affordable offering for call handlers to take at their convenience.
Annual subscriptions are available for $109 per student. Ask us about volume pricing discount or our discounted rate for Total Response accredited agencies.
