Indiana’s Jasper City Police Department is using Total Response to scale operations and manage surging call volume. Tristate Eyewitness News reports that Jasper has seen a jump in 911 calls from 9,000 to 13,000 over the course of a year. Boynton Beach, Florida plans to improve their 911 call-handling operations with the implementation of PowerPhone’s Total Response using the CACH Standard software system.
