PowerPhone’s continuing to move the public safety industry forward with innovative new features and trainings that empower agencies to define and raise their standard of care for emergency call handling.
Our latest updates build upon our progress as a champion of the public safety industry for nearly 35 years and will be on display at the NENA 2018 Conference & Expo in Nashville, Tennessee from June 18 -19, 2018.
Conference attendees may demonstrate the performance of our Total Response solution and sample a lesson from an online call-handling training at the PowerPhone booth (#319).
Total Response is a comprehensive and scalable solution-oriented approach to public safety call handling providing agencies with the training, tools, and processes to define, measure and raise their standard of care.
Users praise Total Response for its intuitive design and easy-to-navigate suite of tools that perform in any emergency call handling environment. Computer-aided call handling (CACH) software is the flagship of Total Response providing a suite of modules with access to structured protocols and procedure scripts, together with configuration, assessment and supervisor tools that can be fully integrated with third-party command and control systems.
We’re constantly enhancing Total Response to fully support call-handling operations. New enhancements that include real-time quality tools and interface enhancements will all be available for demonstration during the conference.
Conference attendees will also have an opportunity to use our online training kiosk featuring a sample lesson from a PowerPhone course. PowerPhone training provides everything needed to build a successful call-handling career including vocational training as well as career development and continuing education.
PowerPhone will be providing demonstrations throughout the NENA conference. Due to fluctuations in traffic during peak times, attendees are encouraged to contact us to schedule a personalized demonstration.
